Summer Sessions Overview

Check-in Day is from 12:00pm- 8:00pm. We will have a group welcome meeting at 8:00pm. Please make sure your flights get to the Birmingham Al airport in enough time for you to check in and make the meeting. We will pick you up from the airport; however there will be a $50 charge if you need to be picked up. Check out is by 12:00pm. Please make sure that you get a flight out as early as possible. There will be a $50 charge if you need to be dropped off at the airport.

1:45pm: Shuttle leaves for fields

2:00pm-4:30pm: Train at Thompson High School

5:00pm-7:00pm: Dinner
8:00pm-9:00pm: Film session
9:00pm-10:00pm: free time
