One On One Kicking’s training sessions give each athlete the understanding of proper fundamentals and mechanics as well as prepare them for the mental aspects of special teams play. Our training are engaging, structured, and push them to their fullest. Our staff’s goal is to ensure that the athlete will have the best opportunity to improve as a specialist.

One On One Coaching’s staff has several years of playing experience in the National Football League (NFL) and in major College conferences. Our goal for each training session is to ensure each athlete has a thorough understanding of proper kicking mechanics, learn how to interpret feedback given to them based on the result of each kick, and implement corrections in a manor which will carry-over from the practice field to game day.

Mike McCabe

Mike McCabe

Coach, Founder
Mike McCabe is the owner and founder of One On One Kicking. He operates out of the Pensacola (FL), Birmingham (AL), and Atlanta (GA) divisions. He is a top high school, college and NFL Evaluator.
James “Ty” Frix
Ty walked onto the University of Georgia football team in 2008 and served as the long snapper from 2009-2012, starting 54 consecutive games - a UGA record. He was voted Team Captain as a senior and graduated magna cum laude in Biomedical Engineering in 2012. Ty was also elected to the Academic All American team, an honor that he shares with 18 other UGA Football players across history. Ty went on to receive an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Georgia in 2014. Ty was accepted to medical school in 2013 but decided to put that dream on hold in order start Ichor, a biomedical device/data analytics company, and he has served as the CEO since.

How Does Registration Work?

All Ages and Grade Levels

You can select a 12-month term, a 6-month term, or a 2-day term.

You can also elect to make payments or to pay in full, whichever fits your budget best. Here is the breakdown of the differences, so you can make your selection.

Payment Terms

12-Month Term: $3000 pay in full or $600 down followed by $200/mo. for 12 months.

6-Month Term: $1750 pay in full or $350 down followed by $200/mo. for 7 months.

2-Day Term: $500 pay in full.

Jr. High-Middle School: $2000 pay in full or $400 down followed $200/mo. for 8 months.

Refund Policy

This is a commitment to train full time to achieve the ultimate level possible. We will only refund monies for training due to injuries and a medical report from a orthopedic Firm with results of injury. No deposit made is refundable due to the insurance we pay for the player.

We will refund any monies owed with in 60 days.
