This program is for kickers or punters only who are transfer-eligible college players.


Schedule your spot in one of our spring football camps or winter football camps held in Birmingham and Dallas. In our spring & winter break football camps, we train kickers and snappers in the fundamentals to build a solid foundation in kicking and snapping. The drills and technique progressions are designed to maximize the potential of any kicker, punter, or snapper. Let the results speak for themselves. Train and compete against your peers!

Nationally Recognized Kicking, Punting, And Specialist Program

Coach Mike McCabe has trained, instructed, taught, and assisted dozens of professional kickers and punters in the NFL and CFL, One of the best testaments is Johnny Hekker perfecting his craft from being a walk-on at Oregon State University to setting multiple NFL records and being a perennial Pro Bowler with the Los Angeles Rams. He also instructs Ryan Allen of the New England Patriots Punter who won the Ray Guy Award back to back.

One On One Kicking’s training sessions give each athlete the understanding of proper fundamentals and mechanics while preparing them for the mental aspects of special teams play. Our training sessions are engaging, structured, and designed to push players to achieve their potential. Our staff’s goal is to ensure that the athlete will have the best opportunity to improve as a specialist.

One On One Kicking’s staff has several years of playing experience in the National Football League (NFL) and in major college conferences. Our coaches seek to ensure each athlete has a thorough understanding of proper kicking mechanics, learn how to interpret feedback given to them based on the result of each kick, and implement corrections in a manner which will carry-over from the practice field to game day.

COVID Precautions

They include but are not limited to:

Send COVID test with a negative result if you have taken a COVID test.

Please bring and wear a mask. 

We ask you bring two or three footballs and ask you clean them after each training session.

You will work out in small groups, and we will check you before you training begins. We want to make sure you’re healthy.

We clean all our own products and footballs for camp.

We will clean them once on the field.
