Meet the Coach
Bradley Charalambous
London, United Kingdom
Bradley grew up in London England ( United Kingdom).
In Highschool Bradley did various sports such as football, baseball, and Taekwondo. Bradley has played at all levels of British American Football, including juniors, seniors, and university football, winning back-to-back Britball championships and a Uni-Ball championship as the kicker & punter on his respective teams.
In addition, he has also played on the European American Football circuit, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge from being exposed to different and various, versions of the game. This would eventually lead Bradley to the United States of America where he played at the collegiate level at Humboldt State University.
After the removal of the Humboldt State football program, Bradley enrolled at Citrus Comunity College where he spent the fall season of 2017 but was unable to play due to complications with his student visa.
He joined the One on One family in 2017 during the summer as a college athlete and was eventually, under the guidance and training of head coach Mike McCabe, he was able to transfer and attend Chaffey College, going undefeated for the 2018 season and winning the Inland conference. He then later had the opportunity through One On One Kicking to attend The University of Arizona where he spent the entire spring with the team till the summer. However, there was a coaching change and so Bradley decided to fall back to Chaffey College through the advice of Mike McCabe.
Chaffey became the champions again with another winning season at the Inland Empire Conference Championship. He later received a scholarship to the University Of Northern Colorado.
While at college he majored in chiropractic health & physical therapy.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Bradley was regrettably unable to remain in the USA. He returned to the United Kingdom where he currently resides and is based in London where he trains and coaches across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States.
Bradley predominantly coaches in the United Kingdom but frequently returns to the USA to coach in Southern California and Utah.

David Johson
Long Snapping/Kicking Coach
London, United Kingdom
David Johnson is from Cambridge England has done various sports and physical activities such as rugby, and football (soccer). Although watching and enjoying the NFL for over a decade, his playing football career started when he joined his university team. During that time, he had experienced the highs and lows of the sport with his first season going undefeated, having his following season canceled due to covid, and then relegation in his final season.
Following his all-time favorite player Pat McAfee (a former one on one kicking student) he decided to get into the world of kicking. Joining the One On One Family, led to training from multiple sources including Coach Wihan van der Riet (Rocketfoot south africa division) and Coach Bradley Charalambous (One On One United Kingdom).
With a keen eye for the science behind the sport, he started learning as much as he could by watching film and breaking it down (putting the student in student-athlete). Eventually, this led him to have a greater understanding of the mechanics of specialists in a way that could be transferred to others in a positive way.
In the summer of 2022, David was ushered into a new position/role via lower leg injuries, where he began the process of becoming and learning more about long snappers and snapping. From then on he has used his knowledge of film breakdown to decode and dissect others and his own film to improve his abilities and coaching. To add to this, he has been coached and helped by various coaches including NFL-level players and specialist coaches.
David believes there is a massive untapped market for British and European talent looking to get into American colleges to spend their whole college careers out there or just while they do further learning. For a lot of people, they already have the physical and mental attributes, it’s just about honing their skills.
David was approached by his former Coach Bradley Charalambous to join one on one kicking UK as a coach and head of media. David accepted and with his fellow coaches hopes to change British kicking/Punting and long snapping.
