Mike McCabe is the owner and founder of One On One Kicking. He operates out of the Pensacola (FL), Birmingham (AL), and Atlanta (GA) divisions. He is a top high school, college and NFL Evaluator.
Coach, Director of Operations
He joined the One on One family in 2007 and has been with us for over ten years. He started out as a player coach in 2007 and progressed to full coach after his career in college ended. He has successfully helped run camps all over the country including camps at Florida, Texas A&M, UAB, and of course Troy.

Ty walked onto the University of Georgia football team in 2008 and served as the long snapper from 2009-2012, starting 54 consecutive games - a UGA record. He was voted Team Captain as a senior and graduated magna cum laude in Biomedical Engineering in 2012. Ty was also elected to the Academic All American team, an honor that he shares with 18 other UGA Football players across history. Ty went on to receive an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Georgia in 2014. Ty was accepted to medical school in 2013 but decided to put that dream on hold in order start Ichor, a biomedical device/data analytics company, and he has served as the CEO since.
Coach, Director Of Snapping
Lance Schuffert is a native of Prattville, Alabama where he was a center and Long Snapper on the football team. During his time at Prattville Coach McCabe, Brian Egan, and Lance Schuffert were apart of three 6A state championship teams. After high school Lance attended the University of Southern Mississippi where he was a long snapper for four years.
After his senior season at college, Coach Pontius participated in One On One Kicking’s Professional Training and was invited to Rookie Mini Camp for the Indianapolis Colts. He then signed a Free-Agent Contract with the Colts in 2014.
Coach, National Director of Kicking
National Director of Kicking. Brian joined the One on One family in 2007 and has been with us for over 10 years. He started out as a player coach in 2007 and progressed to full coach after his career in college ended at Mississippi State University. Brian was a three-year starter at Prattville High School where he helped them to three 6A State Championships. In 2008, his final year at Prattville, he was the State Championship MVP as well as a Parade All-American. He has successfully helped run camps all over the country.
Coach Jimmy received multiple full scholarship offers to various collegiate programs, and he chose to attend the University of Virginia. He was their starting punter for four consecutive years and majored in Psychology and then went on to achieve a Masters in Nursing.
Coach Means trained in the Summer of 2007 featuring Rams Punter Johnny Hekker, Clemson Punter Dawson Zimmerman, Louisville Kicker Chris Philpott and Virginia Punter Jimmy Howell. Coach Means guest coaches at summer training periodically through the summer.
